Adolfo Molina, Jr is the HR Manager at Cobalt Cattle Company, an agricultural company where he began his career in January 2025 as HR Coordinator while completing his final semester of graduate school at Fort Hays State University. He was promoted to HR Manager in July 2026 and now oversees a broad range of HR functions, including employee benefits, employee relations, payroll, and recruitment.
Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership, both from Fort Hays State University. He earned his SHRM-CP certification in June 2025. During his time at Fort Hays State, he served as President of the university’s SHRM Chapter from 2024-2025, leading the organization and supporting fellow students pursuing careers in HR.
Adolfo currently serves on the Student & Emerging Professional Conference committee, where he brings an emerging professional’s perspective to help shape the conference experience for students and early-career HR professionals.
