Executive Compensation: Managing Your Most Important Investment

Norb Garrett serves as IMA Total Compensation’s Practice Leader. In this role, he is responsible for managing and directing the practice’s timely effective and efficient delivery of LTC’s customized compensation and performance solutions. Norb also is the team leader for all executive, board, sales compensation, and other short/ long-term incentive compensation. Prior to joining LTC, Norb spent 25+ years as a senior executive and entrepreneur, building and operating entertainment, media and lifestyle businesses. He serves on several boards, is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and events and teaches an upper level Communication Studies class at University of North Carolina- Wilmington.

Being an AI-Savvy HR Manager: An Interactive Skills Workshop

 
As AI evolves from a “future trend” to a daily necessity, HR professionals must move beyond theory and into practical application. This interactive skills workshop is designed to bridge the gap between AI curiosity and HR competency. Attendees will follow-along using their own devices to work through real-world HR scenarios, ranging from talent acquisition to employee relations, using a variety of generative and specialized AI tools. We will focus on “prompt engineering” for HR, maintaining data privacy, and leveraging mobile AI for on-the-go productivity.
