Session Description:

In many organizations, the decision-making centers around those who think fast and answer first. While this is expedient, it leaves out some of the most important voices. Team members who take time to process and respond thoughtfully often help us avoid pitfalls and fill in the gaps in our strategy.

In this session we will explore how leaders can actively create space for those who are not often given a platform. Participants will leave with practical strategies to empower the quiet, contemplative, curious, and questioning team members who hold our teams together.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the benefits of diverse perspectives and working styles.
  2. Learn strategies to actively engage team members who are often not in the forefront.
  3. Explore tools to build more effective collaboration across positions, personalities. and expertise.
