Session Description:

In this session, we will talk about the importance of our personal presentation, it’s importance and how to present in excellence. We will also talk about how to actually present to our organization, either in a formal setting or informal setting. Attendees will walk about with ideas and tips regarding their personal brand and ideas and tips for presentation skills with the goal of our organizations recognizing how impactful we can be and why they should listen to us.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Engage Leaders in Understanding Psychological Safety: Learn approaches for making psychological safety a relatable and actionable concept, ensuring leaders connect with its importance to the organization’s success.
  2. Provide Strategies for Self-Awareness and Accountability: Identify specific, actionable tools to encourage leaders to reflect on and improve their impact on the organizational culture.
  3. Empower Leaders to Drive Sustainable Culture Change: Gain strategies to support leaders in their journey to create an inclusive, safe culture where employees feel valued, fostering a high-performance workplace.

Kristi Spaethe is the Chief Executive Officer of The People Perspective and People Perspective Search and Recruiting designed to be the one stop shop for all things people in the communities that these organizations serve.

Kristi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Human Resources Development option and also holds the SHRM-CP certification.
