Shannon McKain is a former Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader seen on ABC, CBS, and Nickelodeon, she has lived on a canoe in the Florida Everglades for 13 days and competed in the world’s longest nonstop river race—kayaking 340 miles.

With a B.A. in Political Science and Communications, she now helps individuals and teams thrive through strong leadership and her signature Rally Mentality.
